All calendar items can be synchronised with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or any other calendar application that supports the standard calendar integration.
03 Notifications
Nobody misses anything.
Kagox automatically sends notifications for new tasks, status changes and approaching deadlines. Both staff and creators receive these alerts, including as push notifications on their phone via the Kagox app.
In the web application and in the app you always have a full notification overview. One click tells you what has recently changed, who is waiting on you and which deadlines are coming up.
04 Invoicing
Create and send invoices from within Kagox.
Create invoices directly inside Kagox, linked to the corresponding campaign. No switching between tools, and every invoice is directly traceable to the work delivered.
